Our Current Priorities

baltimore street

The Baltimore Street Historic Pathway Revitalization Project is a grass roots community initiative to improve the Baltimore Street corridor.  We provide collaborative leadership for this project.  Learn more.

steinwehr avenue

Steinwehr Avenue has already undergone the improvements that are envisioned for Baltimore Street, but the Steinwehr Avenue Business Improvement District still has big dreams for their part of town.  We provide administrative support and leadership for this organization.  Learn more.

business advocate

We bridge the relationship between the business community and the Borough of Gettysburg by holding Community Economic Development Advisory Committee meetings and face-to-face visits.  By listening to the needs of the business community, we can report back to the Borough and work collaboratively on solutions to better serve our downtown businesses.

from the ground up

From the Ground Up is a grass roots volunteer effort to help keep Gettysburg's downtown areas litter free for a more beautiful place to live and visit. They meet every Monday at 8:00 a.m. at the Majestic Theater from April through October.

organization, fundraising & administration

In order to continue our important work in Historic Gettysburg, we need to be financially sound with a strong Board of Directors, operate within the regulations of a 501(c)(3) organization, and maintain a healthy public relations foundation within the community.
